Processors

We process subscriber data as the controller. To run the technical service, we use the processors listed below — we do not sell, rent, or share the subscriber list with third parties for marketing. Processors act only on behalf of Faktum AI under contract.

We do not store subscriber data on GitHub. GitHub is used for website source code version control only.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, D1 subscriber registry (EU), KV, Pages Functions
  • Resend, Inc. — confirmation and management emails (EU region, Ireland)
  • Possible future ESP (Buttondown / MailerLite) — downstream copy only

Data location

The subscriber registry is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU. Email service Resend is configured for the EU region (Ireland). We do not transfer subscriber data abroad for marketing purposes. If a technical provider is based in the United States, processing relies on the provider’s DPA and, where required, standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time on our unsubscribe page. Confirmation requires a personal link from your email — this prevents others from cancelling your subscription. After confirmed unsubscribe, your email address and profile data are removed from the subscriber registry automatically.

The easiest way: open the Unsubscribe link in your latest newsletter or welcome email — it opens the unsubscribe page ready to confirm. If you cannot find the message, check your spam folder. You can also contact marko@faktum-ai.com for help.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, port, and withdraw consent for your data.
